- Meetings without decisionsLong calls that end with "let's discuss next week".
- Pay not tied to resultsBonuses depend on mood, not on metrics.
- You are the only managerEvery question still escalates to the owner.

FAQ
We are a team of 10. Is this too early?
No. Small teams benefit most: roles and a weekly rhythm take an hour to set up and save the owner many hours each week.
Will changing pay upset people?
The template suggests introducing the variable part gradually and explaining the metrics first.
How much time do meetings take?
The rhythm is designed to be short: about an hour a week for the leadership team.
Do you offer a session to review it?
Not yet. 1:1 review sessions are coming soon.
