If ideas pile up but little changes, the problem is not a lack of ideas. It is the absence of a plan.
- Too many prioritiesEverything is important, so nothing gets finished.
- Plans stay on paperStrategy sessions happen, and nothing changes afterwards.
- No deadlines, no ownersChanges are "in progress" for months.
- Same problems every yearWithout a review, last year's lessons are lost.

Do you offer a session to review it?
Not yet. 1:1 review sessions are coming soon.
