If two or more of these are true, start here. Every other step builds on these numbers.

- Profit is a year-end surpriseYou learn how the year went from the accountant, months later.
- No margin per productYou can't say which products or clients actually make money.
- Decisions by gutHiring, prices and spending are decided without a forecast.

FAQ
Do I need to know accounting?
No. The instructions explain where each number comes from: bank statements, invoices, payroll. If you have an accountant, you can fill the templates in together.
Does it replace my accounting software?
No. Accounting is for taxes and reports. This is a management view: built for decisions, updated monthly, readable in five minutes.
Can I start with this step only?
Yes. It is the first step of the cycle and works on its own. The other steps use its numbers, so it is the natural place to start.
Do you offer a session to review it?
Not yet. 1:1 review sessions are coming soon.
