Sound familiar?
If reports exist but decisions don't follow from them, you have data without a system.
- Lots of reports, no answersNumbers everywhere, yet nobody can say what to fix this week.
- Everyone counts differentlyThe same metric has three values depending on who you ask.
- You notice problems lateBad months show up in the P&L when it is too late to react.
- Goals without levers"Grow revenue 30%" with no idea which numbers make it happen.

FAQ
Do I need BI tools?
No. The templates work with numbers you collect by hand or export from your systems. Tools can come later.
How many metrics should I track?
Fewer than you think. The weekly dashboard is designed for 7–10 numbers.
Why is this step 04 and not 01?
Because good metrics come from the P&L, the customer journey and the processes. By now you know what to measure.
Do you offer a session to review it?
Not yet. 1:1 review sessions are coming soon.
